Vinciane de Pape headshot

Vinciane de Pape (She/Her), is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant. She was called to DEI after spending nearly a decade working in tech, trying to navigate systems that—by design—are not intended to support folks from historically marginalized backgrounds. She knew that, given the opportunity, she could use her lived experience (and privilege) to inform more equitable and inclusive practices in Tech, and beyond. As a facilitator, Vinciane brings her own experience as a Lesbian to her sessions and has experience facilitating engaging trainings with organizations such as Fairlife, Brevo, Barcos Americas, and HelloFresh.

Taliesin Ho-Devine (He/They), a dedicated DEI Consultant at CultureAlly holds a Master's in Cultural Analysis and Social Theory. Taliesin led impactful DEI programs for notable organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Great West Life, University of Manitoba, and Krafton/PUBG. With expertise in inclusive language, managing DEI resistance, and addressing microaggressions and implicit bias, Taliesin focuses on creating a Brave Space, where participants can have constructive conversations. Through their own experience as an Asian Canadian with bi-ethnic ancestry and being a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Taliesin brings a personal and empathetic approach to fostering understanding across diverse groups.
