We measure the demographic and diversity data of your organization as a whole along with DEI sentiments and look at your practices and processes to uncover potential barriers. We use a combination of surveys, focus groups, 1:1 interviews and audits to gain a true picture of the current state of DEI at your company. We then put our findings into a comprehensive report complete with insights, key themes, recommendations and actionable tactics that inform your strategic plan.
