    FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT

    Binta has multiple years of experience working in EDI/DEI, including an internship with the United Nations and as a member of the Anti-Racism & Inclusive Excellence Task Force at the University of British Columbia.

  • Dani Strang

    FACILITATOR

    Dani combines 15 years in People & Culture with her passion for DEI, notably shaping tech giant Jobber's culture and producing a docu-series on the systemic oppression of women's voices. She currently sits on the board of Next Gen Men.

  • Diana Montero

    FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT

    Diana, a DEIA specialist with over a decade of experience, has notably impacted DEIA at the Department of Defence and the Government Publishing Office. While pursuing a Doctorate in Public Policy, she is a board member of Fifty Shades of Purple.

  • Esther Li

    SENIOR FACILITATOR

    Esther, a PhD candidate in Developmental Psychology, brings over 7 years of DEI experience. Her roles as a Program Assistant for Immigrant and Refugee Services Association and DEI Researcher have fueled her passion for promoting diversity and understanding.

  • Gabriela de Leon

    DEI OPERATIONS

    After 15 years of managing Communications, Strategy & Change Management at various organizations, Gabriela transitioned to lead the DEI Technology Strategy for one of Canada’s Big Five financial institutions. Gabriela holds an MBA in HR Management.

  • Gari Francisco

    TRAINING COORDINATOR

    Gari brings over 14 years of diverse professional experience, including 12 years as a Sales Trainer at DISH Network, where he honed his skills in developing and coaching sales teams to achieve excellence.

  • Hanna Daltrop

    FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT

    In addition to community planning, Hanna has specialized experience working on Indigenous housing issues. As a survivor of multiple brain injuries, Hanna is an advocate for the disabled and brain injured communities, as well as for the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

  • Harj Sangha

    FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT

    Over the last 15 years, Harj has partnered with organizations across construction, manufacturing, and technology sectors to promote DEI, focusing on people strategies and programs that embed and strongly reflect the DEI perspective.

  • Katie Latta

    DEI MANAGER

    As the former Global Head of CSR at IFS, Katie led initiatives on well-being, diversity, and sustainability. She established the IFS Foundation in Sri Lanka and a global volunteering program.

  • Dr. Lauren Martin

    DEI MANAGER

    Dr. Lauren Martin is a PhD graduate from the University of California with 30+ years of experience in creating and delivering education in multiple countries. Through her experience with Lowe’s, Starbucks, and other organizations, she has facilitated hundreds of trainings.

  • Leanne Gawley

    FACILITATOR

    Leanne, a neurodivergent finance professional, currently holds the pivotal roles of Director and CFO at a global energy company, and Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for Next Gen Men. Leanne has earned her Bachelor of Management, CPA, MBA, and Executive Coach certification.

  • Lynne Sokoloff

    FACILITATOR

    Lynne, a Shoshone-Bannock tribe member, has over 15 years of experience in leadership, holding prominent roles with Goldman Sachs, Zendesk, and other fintech startups while fulfilling her role as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University.

  • Morgane Huber

    DEI LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

    Morgane has actively defended women's rights for over five years, notably founding an NGO to empower women and girls. She has also tackled critical social issues as a project manager, focusing on cyberbullying against women.

  • Ogho Ikhalo

    FACILITATOR

    Ogho has 15+ years of experience giving strategic advice to C-Suite executives, analyzing policies through an intersectional equity lens, and providing issues management and media relations counsel on complex social issues.

  • Rebecca Lazarenko

    FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT

    Rebecca, a Franco-Métis, is pursuing her PhD in Franco-Métis history, exploring the historical and ongoing colonial impacts on francophone and Métis communities. She is dedicated to amplifying Indigenous voices.

  • Taliesin Ho-Devine

    DEI CONSULTANT

    Taliesin specializes in policy review for inclusive language, equitable procedures, and communication. In addition to a Master’s in Cultural Analysis and Social Theory, their professional certifications include ISO 30415:2021 and ISO-30415.

  • Vinciane de Pape

    FACILITATOR

    After a decade in tech, Vinciane turned to DEI to leverage her experience, challenging legacy practices. Now, she collaborates with various organizations to understand systemic oppression and build equitable workplaces.

  • Winnie Lu

    DEI CONSULTANT

    Winnie specializes in DEI audits and analyses, receiving commendable feedback from entities like Momentum Calgary and Lethbridge Public Library. Her expertise lies in reviewing programs and policies through an equitable lens

    Ashley brings her expertise in anti-oppressive and anti-racist strategy development to all our projects. She has partnered with global companies like SurveyMonkey, Condé Nast, and the Central Bank of the Philippines on implementing their global DEI initiatives.

  • Hannah Stegen

    CPO & CO-FOUNDER

    Hannah has directed DEI strategies across different sectors on a global scale. Holding a Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certificate, she is a member of Canada's Technical Committee on Accessibility for ICT and the Nova Scotia Accessibility Development Committee.

    DEI SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

    Annie is an accomplished Account Executive with a proven track record in the SaaS B2B industry. With a Masters of Psychology and Counseling, she is passionate about improving the well-being of employees in the workplace.

  • Becky Smit

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Becky is a dedicated and results-driven senior manager with a decade of experience in non-profit and leadership roles, specializing in organizational development and team management.

  • Izabel Veilleux

    DEI SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

    Izabel’s dedication to diversity and inclusion started through volunteering at the Special Olympics. As a fully bilingual sales and marketing professional, she enjoys coordinating events in her diverse community .

  • Regan Inniss

    HR COORDINATOR

    Regan’s journey in HR began after completing a BSc in Psychology. She brings over five years of experience, including a special interest in employment law. She is a CPHR candidate and has graduated with a Certificate in HR Management from Simon Fraser University

    Sonya has over 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing, developing award-winning content and strategies for non-profits, retail giants, and tech organizations around the world.
