Angelle is a passionate EDI advocate, bringing a wealth of experience from her background in HR, Leadership, Training and Development, Change Management and Coaching. She strategically develops and delivers impactful learning with a focus on anti-racism, inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

Binta Sesay
FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT
Binta has multiple years of experience working in EDI/DEI, including an internship with the United Nations and as a member of the Anti-Racism & Inclusive Excellence Task Force at the University of British Columbia.

Cassandra Polyzou
SR. DEI FACILITATOR
For 10+ years, Cassandra has championed equality, community engagement, and DEI, working with various organizations to address systemic challenges in workplace inclusion. She holds a Master’s Degree in Cultural Analysis and Social Theory. As a queer, cis-gender, neurodivergent woman, she is deeply committed to elevating marginalized voices.

Dale Bennett
FACILITATOR
Dale, a proud member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, has five years of experience as an educator. He holds a Bachelor of Education focused on the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program and a Master’s of Education in World Indigenous Studies from Queen’s University.

Dani Strang
FACILITATOR
Dani combines 15 years in People & Culture with her passion for DEI, notably shaping tech giant Jobber's culture and producing a docu-series on the systemic oppression of women's voices. She currently sits on the board of Next Gen Men.

Diana Montero
FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT
Diana, a DEIA specialist with over a decade of experience, has notably impacted DEIA at the Department of Defence and the Government Publishing Office. While pursuing a Doctorate in Public Policy, she is a board member of Fifty Shades of Purple.

SENIOR FACILITATOR
Esther, a PhD candidate in Developmental Psychology, brings over 7 years of DEI experience. Her roles as a Program Assistant for Immigrant and Refugee Services Association and DEI Researcher have fueled her passion for promoting diversity and understanding.

Gabriela de Leon
DEI OPERATIONS
After 15 years of managing Communications, Strategy & Change Management at various organizations, Gabriela transitioned to lead the DEI Technology Strategy for one of Canada’s Big Five financial institutions. Gabriela holds an MBA in HR Management.

Gari Francisco
TRAINING COORDINATOR
Gari brings over 14 years of diverse professional experience, including 12 years as a Sales Trainer at DISH Network, where he honed his skills in developing and coaching sales teams to achieve excellence.

Hanna Daltrop
FACILITATOR & CONSULTANT
In addition to community planning, Hanna has specialized experience working on Indigenous housing issues. As a survivor of multiple brain injuries, Hanna is an advocate for the disabled and brain injured communities, as well as for the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

Over the last 15 years, Harj has partnered with organizations across construction, manufacturing, and technology sectors to promote DEI, focusing on people strategies and programs that embed and strongly reflect the DEI perspective.

DEI MANAGER
As the former Global Head of CSR at IFS, Katie led initiatives on well-being, diversity, and sustainability. She established the IFS Foundation in Sri Lanka and a global volunteering program.

Leanne Gawley
FACILITATOR
Leanne, a neurodivergent finance professional, currently holds the pivotal roles of Director and CFO at a global energy company, and Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for Next Gen Men. Leanne has earned her Bachelor of Management, CPA, MBA, and Executive Coach certification.

Lynne Sokoloff
FACILITATOR
Lynne, a Shoshone-Bannock tribe member, has over 15 years of experience in leadership, holding prominent roles with Goldman Sachs, Zendesk, and other fintech startups while fulfilling her role as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University.

Morgane Huber
DEI LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Morgane has actively defended women's rights for over five years, notably founding an NGO to empower women and girls. She has also tackled critical social issues as a project manager, focusing on cyberbullying against women.

Natasha began her career as a human rights lawyer, working on public interest inquiries—systemic investigations addressing widespread issues. Transitioning from law to diversity and inclusion, Natasha has built expertise in creating robust DEI frameworks and delivering sustainable strategies for organizations.

SR. FACILITATOR
Ogho brings 18+ years of experience advising C-Suite leaders, analyzing policies through an intersectional equity lens, and managing media relations on complex social issues. Ogho holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion Service Management (ISO 30415:2021), Intercultural Development (IDI), Leadership Development, and Mental Health First Aid.

Rebecca, a Franco-Métis, is pursuing her PhD in Franco-Métis history, exploring the historical and ongoing colonial impacts on francophone and Métis communities. She is dedicated to amplifying Indigenous voices.

DEI CONSULTANT
Taliesin specializes in policy review for inclusive language, equitable procedures, and communication. In addition to a Master’s in Cultural Analysis and Social Theory, their professional certifications include ISO 30415:2021 and ISO-30415.
