Purple Day is a global grassroots movement committed to raising awareness about epilepsy.

Every year on March 26th, people all around the world are encouraged to wear purple and hold events in support of epilepsy awareness.

Cassidy Megan created the idea of Purple Day in 2008, inspired by her own struggles with epilepsy.
