Action

The Head of HR was tasked with ensuring the organization was set up for success with the right tools, resources, and training. After exploring a few vendors, Motoinsight chose to partner with CultureAlly to provide them the right solutions.

The CultureAlly eLearning platform:

  • Delivers scalable and personalized content, while taking the work off of HR’s hands.

  • Provides valuable metrics to help further inform a DIB strategy and shows the behavioural change of employees over time.

  • Offers thousands of engaging content pieces with many ways to interact, including quizzes, badges and ways to share content with colleagues.

  • Automatically notifies employees each week via email of new learnings which take between 5-15 minutes to complete. It’s integrated directly into their workday.

In addition to rolling out the elearning tool, CultureAlly also provided the team with further resources like Conversation Guides that managers use to initiate their own DIB activities and lunch & learns with their teams.

Results

We saw an increase in employees engaging in learning and taking action to advocate for DIB within the company over a 6 month period.

CultureAlly was able to help HR get leadership buy-in and onboard the team to start making an impact right away. We’re continuing our partnership throughout the year and will be measuring results and implementing several DIB initiatives.

Motoinsight were looking for a solution that would address these needs:

Personalized DIB Learning

As a fast growing company, Motoinsight needed keep DIB top of mind, without overwhelming their HR team, who was already stretched for bandwidth.

Measurable Success

Motoinsight wanted to measure the impact of their DIB learning, beyond how many people took the training. They were looking for quantitative ways to measure behavioral change to see the real impact of their investment.

Continuous Employee Engagement

Employees were tired of compliance like training and it was a struggle to roll out new learning opportunities to employees. Employees expected their learning and development materials to be fun, relevant to them and easily accessible on their schedule.
