CultureAlly’s DEI Observance Training Series was identified as the most appetizing solution for HelloFresh.

  • Sessions were developed as a Lunch & Learn which resonated with the team

  • 1-hour training was done virtually so anyone from the organization could engage

  • First-Voice facilitations with live learning meant that experts would be bringing authentic perspectives

  • Interactive training kept everyone involved and happy to participate

Results

Due to the success of the pilot training, these training sessions became integrated into HelloFresh’s efforts to continue to build a positive and inclusive workplace.

HelloFresh is able to be kept up to date with upcoming events as CultureAlly provides them with resources including a monthly list of trainings based on their DEI Calendar.

Working closely with HelloFresh, CultureAlly took a two phase approach. 

Phase 1

HelloFresh chose the Black History Month training session as their first session with the organization.
