Anti-Racism Training Courses and Free Resources

In a world where people receive racist comments in the streets and online, have the police called on them for no reason (see Central Park Karen), and face death threats due to the color of their skin… It is not enough to not be racist; you must educate yourself on anti-racism.

To learn about anti-racism is to actively oppose racism by challenging attitudes, behaviors and beliefs that perpetuate racism.

Anti-racism equals action.

To simply say that you are not racist relieves you of your duty to be anti-racist and dismantle systems of oppression that have plagued people of color for centuries.

Why is Anti-Racism Education Important?

While you may not actively engage in racist speech or behaviors, it is very likely that you have implicit biases that you are completely unaware of because they are subconscious.

Whether or not you are aware of your implicit biases, they can have a significant impact on other people’s lives. Hence why it is not enough to simply not be racist.

If you consider yourself an ally to communities of color and are looking for a place to start your anti-racism training, look no further.

Below you’ll find classes for individuals and groups alike who would like to promote anti-racism in the workplace.
